🍅 Pomodoro Planner
Create a custom schedule based on the Pomodoro Technique. Visualize your work blocks and breaks.
💡 Expert Tips for Productivity
Respect the timer. When the timer rings, STOP. Even if you're "in the zone." The breaks are mandatory to prevent mental fatigue. If you skip breaks, your focus will crash later in the day.
Batch small tasks. A Pomodoro is 25 minutes of deep work. If you have small tasks (emails, slack messages), group them together into one "Admin Pomodoro" instead of letting them interrupt your deep work blocks.
Protect your Pomodoro. During the 25 minutes, you are unavailable. Phone on DND, notifications off. If a distraction pops into your head, write it down on a piece of paper and get back to work immediately.
"The Pomodoro Technique isn't just about timing; it's about rhythm. This planner helps you visualize that rhythm. Seeing the long break coming up is a huge psychological motivator to push through the last work block."
